Description:
Quick action is a versatile combination of above
ingredients. This combination is readily and completely
absorbed from G.I.T. and peak plasma concentration
is achieved within 40-50 min after oral administration
and the patient feels more relieved in a very
short time as compared to other combinations.
Paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic action
with anti-inflammatory activity. Paracetamol has
no effect on the prothrombine time & does
not appear to produce significant changes in the
gastric mucosa. Paracetamol is rapidly & almost
completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal
tract following oral administration. Caffeine
is a stimulant of Central Nervous System particularly
the higher centers and produces a condition of
wakefulness & increased mental activity. Ephedrine
HCl is chiefly vasoconstrictor. It is helpful
in decongestion. This combination relieves from
allergic conditions, cold and cough. The versatile
combination is efficacious in cold conditions.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity
Prostatic hypertrophy and tendency towards residual
urine formation.
