Description: Kold Time is a non-drowisy formulation of the above active ingredients. Paracetamol has analgesic and auti pyretic action with weak anti-inflammatory activity. Paracetamol is the main metabolite of phenacetin, without the side effects of phenacetin. The efficiency of paracetamol as an analgesic and antipyretic is equivalent to that of acetylsalicylic acid, but it has no anti-inflammaory properties. Paracetamol has no effect on the prothrombine time and does not appear to produce significant changes in the gastric mucosa, paracetamol is rapidly and almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract following oral administration. These effects are related to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Pseudoephedrine HCl is chiefly vasoconstrictor. It is helpful in decongestion. Cetirizine is a non-sedating antiallergic which inhibits release of histamine and cytotoxic mediators from platelets. This combination relieves from allergic conditions, cold and cough. The versatile combination is efficacious in cold conditions.

Indication: Kold Time relives cough, Common Cold, Headache, Seasonal Allergic, Rhinitis, Vasomotor Rhinits, Sinusits associated with fever & bodyache, allergic condition such as motion sickness, nausea, bronchical congestion, flu and fever.
Contraindication: Hypersensitivity Prostatic hypertrophy and tendency towards residual urine formation.
Pregnancy: Contraindicated.
Lactation : Contraindicated.
