DESCRIPTION:- Disclofenac potassium has powerful anti-inflammatory action besides its analgesic and antipyretic actions. It is an inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis and antipyretic. Serratiopeptidase improves aggravated circulation in the inflammatory focus by breaking down abnormal exudates and protein and by promoting the absorption of the decomposed products accelerates the elimination of sputum, pus and haematoma by breaking down the liquefying mucus secretions and fibrin clots. Another major useful action being increased concentration of antibiotics in the focus of infection.
INDICATIONS:-
· Inflammation after operation and traumatic injury. Inflammation in sinusitis, Engorgement of the breast.
· Cystitis, epididymitis. Pericoronitis of the Wisdom tooth, alveolar abscess.
· Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, ankylosing spondylits, gout. Acute musculo skeletal disorders, periarthritis (Frozen shoulder) tendonitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, sprains and dislocations. Painful post-operative conditions. Pain following dental surgery. Painful inflammatory conditions in gynaecology.
· As an analgesic.
· Inflammation in sinusitis, Cystitis, epididymitis. Pericoronitis of the Wisdom tooth, alveolar abscess.

CONTRAINDICATION:- Blood coagulation abnormalities active or recurrent peptic ulcers, hypersensitivity, asthmatic patients in whom attacks of asthma are precipitated by aspirin or other NSAIDS, pregnancy, lactation.

Pregnancy: Contraindicated.
Lactation: Contraindicated.
Paediatrics: Use with caution.
PRESENTION: 20 x 10 TABLETS IN ONE MULTICORTON.
